EXPLICIT DECLARATION OF INTENT REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I read and understood all of the informative text on the Law on Protection of Personal Data number 6698 explained by Treo Bilgi Teknolojileri ltd.şti. (“TREO”) and I was informed about processing of my Personal Data within the scope of above-mentioned purposes.
Having been informed fully, within this extent, I approve with my explicit intent to have my Personal Data processed through all sorts of channels in the light of information given in the Informative Text and shared with stated people in the Informative Text in the event of legal needs or real needs connected to service and/or professional relation by your company Uzman Bilişim Danışmanlık A.Ş. in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data number 6698 for execution of purposes such as; TREO offering product and/or service to its customers and/or establishment and execution of a contracted or non-contracted commercial relationships, finding and controlling of counterparties signing related documents, all sorts of applications executed within the scope of these, saving info such as ID, address and tax number to identify the owner and interlocutor of all sorts of businesses and processes that will be held in this extent, organizing data and documents that will support businesses and processes held in electronic environment or on paper.
